• High pressure (3000 PSI), bubble tight, 1/4 turn ball valve with a 3-piece carbon steel body and stainless steel valve ball.
• The valve body is machined to extremely close tolerances. It features a blow-out proof stem, O-ring stem seals and special high pressure ball seat. Polished stainless steel ball with .8" hole insures smooth ink flow and reduced seat wear.
• Fast reliable double acting rack and pinion actuator produces 400 Lb/in. of torque at 100 PSI. Requires only .3 liter (18 cubic inches) of compressed air, at 100 PSI per stroke.
• Standard fail-safe spring to close feature closes the valve in less than a second, in case of an air pressure failure.
• NAMUR direct mount solenoid directional control valve has push to test feature and is available in 120 V.A.C. or 12/24 V.D.C. Mounted directly to the actuator the control valve simplifies operation.
• Actuator mounted visual position indicator is standard. An optional electric position indicator switch is available.
