I want to send you a note to let you know about the success I have experienced with your actuated valves.  We produce liquid thixotropic livestock supplements in two plants in the Northwest and one in Southwest Kansas where your valves are used in process controlled applications.  We are using 2", 3" 4"& 6" hydraulic or air actuated butterfly valves and some air actuated ball valves for steam systems.   I started using some of your valves in 1985 and many of those are still in service.  The low flow requirement of the hydraulics and the reliability is great even when its 20 degrees outside and the valves are 150' from the hydraulic pump.  The reliability along with competitive pricing has made your equipment the first choice as we design new processes or facilities.  Your staff over the years has been great to assist in design questions and willing to adapt equipment to meet our needs if required.  I also have appreciated that you find ways to make improvements to your equipment to make sure you stay the best option for actuated valves.   I can easily recommend your company as the one that provides solutions for the our needs of hydraulic or air actuators and valves.
